Client site
craftersguildstore.com
  • — Responsive public marketing website
  • — Treasures, story, mission, events, membership, and visit paths
  • — English and Spanish site routes
  • — Store hours, location, contact, and visit calls to action
  • — Search-friendly structure for a local cooperative retail destination

The challenge

A cooperative store has more stories to tell than a conventional retail catalog. Visitors need to understand what the shop carries, who makes the work, what is happening at the store, how to participate, and when and where to visit.

The website also needed to support the store’s local identity without confusing the public shopping experience with the separate operational requirements of its custom point-of-sale system.

The approach

We organized the site around the questions of shoppers, prospective crafters, and event visitors. The visual direction keeps the handmade work central while the navigation makes practical visit information easy to reach.

English and Spanish paths broaden access, and the website remains a clear public layer alongside the separately documented cooperative-retail system.
