Efird Surveying Group — Website Design and Public Experience
A Central Florida surveying website explaining services, coverage, estimates, payments, and client next steps.

Client snapshot
- — Responsive surveying and mapping website
- — Service pages for residential, commercial, construction, boundary, and mapping needs
- — Central Florida coverage and location context
- — Estimate, contact, and existing-client action paths
- — Clear connection to the firm’s public credentials and service information
The challenge
Surveying services are technical, but clients usually begin with a practical property or construction question. The website needed to translate the firm’s work into recognizable service paths without oversimplifying the discipline.
It also needed to support several distinct actions, including learning about services, requesting an estimate, contacting the team, and reaching existing-client resources.
The approach
We centered the public site on plain-language service discovery, clear regional context, and visible next steps. Trust and technical depth are available without forcing every visitor through the same amount of detail.
The marketing website is paired with a separately documented property-intelligence and mapping platform, giving the public experience and the operational system their own appropriate narratives.
