One Computer Store — Website Design and Public Experience
A local computer store and workshop site for buying, repair, upgrades, parts, appointments, hours, and directions.

Client snapshot
- — Responsive local store website
- — Separate paths for repair, new computers, upgrades, and parts
- — Appointment, telephone, hours, and directions actions
- — Plain-language explanation of the store and workshop experience
- — Local-search structure for the DeLand location
The challenge
A computer store that also operates a repair workshop has two different customer journeys: someone deciding what to buy and someone trying to get a device fixed.
The site needed to keep those paths distinct while making the physical location, store hours, appointment option, and directions immediately useful.
The approach
We treated the store and workshop as one local destination with clear task-based navigation. Visitors can choose repair, a new computer, an upgrade, parts, or visit information without first decoding the company’s internal departments.
Local trust details and practical calls to action stay visible while the page explains how the in-person buying and repair process works.
